Also, we constantly play customized “Shoutouts” by the Troops and their Families. A “Shoutout” is a recording where most anyone with a computer can record their message, in their own voice, and send it to HOOAH!!!! Radio. Once we receive it, we play it for FREE throughout our broadcasts. You can also request that we play your shoutout any time you want to hear it. Unlike other media that broadcast soldier’s messages to their families, the person waiting to hear or see it may miss it, they have to wait with anticipation to see or hear it and usually end up missing it or not even hearing it at all because it was never aired.
