How are my products shipped?
Your order is shipped using USPS. If orders are paced with a variety of different product types you will receive your order at different times since different product types often are shipped from our multiple locations depending on what they are. Please note that military posters are shipped only to physical addresses and not PO Boxes since they are shipped UPS only.
What are shipping costs?
Shipping costs are determined based on the shipping address provided at the time of check out.
How long will it take to receive my items?
Every item ordered with the exception of military coins are custom printed from apparel to posters, military poker chips, plaques, and other gift items. Depending on the item ordered please allow up to 7-10 working days for printing prior to shipping and then mailing time which can be up to 5 days dependent on your location. Vision-Strike-Wear.Com is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or alternative shippers in arriving at your destination.
Are any other shipping methods available?
Yes they are. We use USPS as a standard shipping method however please contact us at orders@vision-strike-wear.com to request another form of shipping and pricing.
Can you ship international orders?
We can. Please contact us at orders@vision-strike-wear.com or more information. Please note that international customers are required to pay for insurance on their items prior to shipping to ensure they are received safely. USPS does not provide tracking numbers for international customers so alternate shipping methods are advised.
Is a signature required to receive the order?
In the case of domestic shipping no signature is required for delivery. All orders are shipped with USPS delivery confirmation numbers providing proof of delivery to your location.
Do you have any warranty on your products?
There are no warranties on the products with the exception of apparel orders. If your custom printed apparel order has material defects or issues associated with printing please email us at orders@vision-strike-wear.com with an image attached to your email of the item and a description of the issue. Vision-Strike-Wear.com will replace at no cost to you the item experiencing the issue.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
There is no money back guarantee on custom printed items. Any issue arising from print quality to material defects will be replaced at no additional cost.
Is there a restocking fee for returned orders?
There is no restocking charge for returned orders.
Returns or exchanges?
Returns or exchanges are at the discretion of Vision-Strike-Wear.Com and subject to investigation of the order process. If we find that we made an error in shirt size, spelling of your custom text or other feature as requested on your order form, then we will replace your shirt at no cost to you.
Errors made by customers are at the sole responsibility of the customer to review and to ensure that your order is correct at the time of placement as well as the copy of your receipt that is promptly e-mailed to you. We are happy to assist with corrections to your order ONLY IF you notify us immediately so that we can correct your order before it goes to print. We are not responsible for ERRORS made by the customer in terms of shirt size, spelling on custom text or erroneous selections on custom designs.
Can I place an order by phone?
Yes you can. Please contact us at 503-892-0000. Please have your card number, full name including middle initial on card if applicable, expiration date, 3 digit security code and credit card billing address ready when placing your phone order.
Can I place an order by email?
Yes. If placing your order by mail please do not send cash. Payment by check is preferred. Please mail your payment to Vision-Strike-Wear.Com at 4802 SW Scholls-Ferry Rd Ste C Portland, OR 97225. Please include the details of your order. Your order will ship after your payment has cleared. Please allow up to 7 days for this. Non-Sufficient Fund issues arising from your check will incur a 35.00 charge.
Can I use one of your product images on my personal site?
Yes if your site is for non-commercial purposes. Please contact us at Vision-Strike-Wear.Com for permission. Commercial for profit sites may not use images from the Vision-Strike-Wear.Com website for any reason. These images are copyrighted and their use without permission is a copyright infringement and will be pursued to the full extent of the law to include all costs in protecting its copyright, legal fees, damages and return of any financial gain you company has received.
